- JMB *JAL Mileage Bank - J000500
- JGC *JAL Global Club - J000600
Miles may not be earned on Tour, Chauffeur Drive, Travel Industry or Avis Partner Employee Rates/Discounts and may only be earned on one Frequent Flyer Program per rental
